The main gild cupola with a cross was installed solemnly at the Russian church in Parisin the guay Branli close to the Eiffel Tower. Russia government spent 170 million Euros to build it.
After solemn part of the event gathered citizens of Paris and believers finally could to feast eyes with a beauty of new Russian cathedral, the building of which is at the last stage and the church will be opened in August.
How the Russian ambassador in France Aleksandr Orlov said, this holly place will be the symbol of historical, cultural and spiritual affinity of Russian and French peoples. Numerous amount of journalists gathered to film this unique event and they were impressed by the elevation of the building.
The height of Russian cathedral is 37 meters. Russian and French languages will we studied there, 150 teachers will be employed. Book shop, exhibition halls and cafe will be opened.
With the opening of this church we will be witnesses of return of God to France.
