Nazi Ukraine Gunmen With With Black Pickup Truck Shooting At Civilians Including The Use Of Mortar Rounds In The Lugansk Republic !

Nazi Kiev forces this morning fired at houses in Stanitsa Luganskaya residential area trying to accuse LPR People’s Army in violating the ceasefire, a People’s Army official said.

“Fascist Ukrainian gunmen fire at residential houses in the territory under Kiev’s control to accuse LPR People’s Army of violating the Minsk Agreements,” said the Republic’s militia representative Andrey Marochko.

“As the local civilians say, today at 8 a.m. a black pickup truck with an 82mm mortar mounted on it was riding through residential district on the outskirts of Stanitsa Luganskaya firing at houses for about half an hour.”

This is not the first case of violent provocations by nazi Kiev junta resorting to and in order to escalate the situation along the contact line.

LPR and DPR representatives at a meeting in Minsk on September, 21th initialed a framework agreement on partial pullback of forces in Donbass, that was also signed by representatives of Ukraine, Russia and OSCE. The document provides for three disengagement areas around Zolotoye, Stanitsa Lugaskaya and Petrovskoe (DPR territory). Heads of LPR and DPR Igor Plotnitskiy and Aleksandr Zakharchenko signed the agreement on September 22th and 23th, respectively. The disengagement was completed in Petrovskoye and Zolotoye areas. Kiev failed to pull back its forces in Stanitsa Luganskaya area for several times.

Nazi Kiev forces shelled LPR territory three times over the past 24 hours, LPR defence authorities said.

The monument to Prince Igor area came under 82mm mortar fire from Stanitsa Luganskaya direction. AGS automatic grenade launchers and small arms were also used by Ukrainian Junta forces.

“There were no casualties,” said LPR People’s Militia.
