“Ukrainian secret services plot terror acts in the DPR. This data was derived from the testimonies of two Ukrainian military men, members of a covert group detained in the area of Debaltsevo. With this aim the infiltration of several sabotage groups disguised as local dwellers, which, having changed into the field uniform of the DPR army will try to set fire to private houses in the outskirts of Donetsk, assassinate workers of local bodies of state power and the population supporting them. The groups had been formed out of specially trained under the leadership of foreign instructors representatives of the Right Sector, Azov battalion and other Nazis. The plots and the areas of entrance of these groups are known to our command. All the terrorists will be exterminated on the scene as soon as they are identified”.
