(Lugansk Media Center) – Some 600 students living in Kiev-controlled parts of Donbass study at LPR higher education institutions, said first deputy minister of education and science Nikolay Klipakov.
“Today some 600 students living in Kiev-controlled parts of Donbass study at our institutions, as well as people from Russia. This year we plan to engage 700 more students from Ukraine-controlled territories.”
On February 17 LPR and DPR Heads Igor Plotnitskiy and Alexander Zakharchenko launched the program of humanitarian assistance for residents of Kiev-occupied part of Donbass. The main goal of the program is to provide financial, medical and educational aid to socially vulnerable groups. LPR Telecom and Mass Communications Ministry launched the humanitarian program website.
