******KIEV JUNTA PLANT BOOBY-TRAPS, KILLING AND WOUNDING CIVILIANS

One civilian has been killed and another one wounded as a booby-trap set by the Nazi Ukrainian forces exploded in the northern district of Gorlovka in the Donbass region (eastern Ukraine), a source in law enforcement agencies of the Donetsk People’s Republic has said.  “At 9.20 a.m. (6.20 a.m. GMT) two civilians were blown up by a booby trap in a neutral zone close to the Zhovanka village (a territory controlled by Kiev). According to preliminary information, as a result of the mine explosion, one was killed and another one received a fragmentation wound,” he said. Two days ago, a minivan hit an anti-tank mine in a buffer zone near Ukraine’s Novomikhailovka checkpoint. Four people were killed and more than 10 others were wounded, eyewitnesses said.

**** NORMANDY FOUR MEETING BEGINS IN MUNICH

A Normandy Four (Russia, Ukraine, Germany, France) ministerial meeting on Ukraine begins in Munich. Russia is represented by Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Germany – by Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Ukraine – by its Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin. France – since Laurent Fabius stepped down – is represented by the Foreign Ministry’s Political Director Nicolas de Riviere.  The meeting will be focused on settlement of the crisis in Donbass and further implementation of the Minsk accords.

*****RAILWAY LINE DAMAGED DUE TO UKRAINE JUNTA BOMBING

A passage of the railway line at the Yasinovataya station in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) was damaged in shelling from positions of the pro-Kiev Nazi military, the republic’s defense ministry told the Donetsk News Agency on Friday.

“On February 11, at 22:30, an explosion of an artillery shell damaged 15 cm of the rail,” the authority said.

The damaged passage is closed now. Repair works will be done on Friday, the ministry said adding no victims had been reported.

As stated and reported before, between January 31 and February 2, 2016,  shelling from positions of the Nazi Ukrainian military damaged railway passages in Donetsk and Yasinovataya.

*****KIEV JUNTA PROVOCATIONS, PUSHING FOR UN PEACEKEEPERS

Kiev has started aggravating the situation on the contact line in Donbass to justify its statements about necessity of deploying peacekeepers in the region, according to the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) envoy to the Contact Group Denis Pushilin.

“All of this is connected – increasing number of shellings of Zaytsevo, closure of a border checkpoint in Lugansk, bus blast at a Ukrainian checkpoint yesterday, Kiev’s growing criticism of actions of OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe) and representatives of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination. This serves as evidence that Ukraine has probably not given up on ideas of deploying some kind of peacekeeping forces in the region,” Pushilin said.

According to DPR defense ministry, Kiev forces shelled the DPR territory almost 900 times over the last week.

Kiev’s representatives repeatedly voiced suggestions to deploy a peacekeeping forces in Donbass. However, Donetsk and Lugansk say such proposals go against the Package of measures of the Minsk Agreements that name OSCE Special Monitoring Mission as the only official international representative in the region.

**** NAZI UKRAINE FORCES BOMBING CIVILIAN AREAS ONCE AGAIN

Nazi Ukrainian forces shelled the settlements of Trudovskiye and Alexandrovka on the western outskirts of Donetsk and northern parts of the city, a source in security agencies of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) said on Friday.

“Nazi Ukrainian forces opened fire at settlements of Trudovskiye and Alexandrovka in Donetsk’s Petrovsky district. They also shelled the Volvo Center and the village of Zhabichevo in the northern part of the city,” Donetsk News Agency quoted the source as saying.

DPR defense ministry said on Thursday that 14 violations of ceasefire by Ukrainian forces were registered over the last 24 hours.

At the meeting of the Contact Group on January 13 the sides supported the initiative of Russia’s envoy Boris Gryzlov on ensuring complete ceasefire on the territory of Donbass. This is the seventh attempt to fully observe the ceasefire regime in the Donbass region (Ukraine’s south-east) . At the recent meeting of the Contact Group in Minsk the participants expressed regret over continuing violations of ceasefire regime by the Nazi Ukraine forces in the Donbass region.

The Donetsk and Lugansk republics said that Nazi Ukrainian forces violated ceasefire regime 120 times and shelled DPR and LPR territory more than 320 times since December 23 last year.

Nazi Kiev forces bombed a coal mine in the western part of Donetsk Chelyuskintsev which cut the power surge, 90 coal miners trapped underground without ventilation , emergency equipment brought in, lives saved !

****THIS MORNING, HOUSE ON FIRE DUE TO NAZI KIEV INDISCRIMINATE BOMBING OF CIVILIAN AREAS

Nazi Ukrainian forces this morning began the shelling of the village of Trudovskie in the Western outskirts of the capital of DPR, the shelling of  residential areas, a house caught fire. “About 11:00 the Nazi Ukrainian forces  started shelling of the village of Trudovsk.  The Nazi Ukrainian units were firing from positions in the village of Marinka with mortars, grenade launchers and small arms. Currently, the bombardment continues.

Information about the victims is being gathered more information will be released as soon as possible.

Trudovskie village is subjected to regular shelling by the Nazi Kiev  forces, causing damage to houses and infrastructure of the city. Despite the fact that after every incident, the village has been viewed, scouted and monitored by the  observers of SMM OSCE yet shelling continues.
