DPR authorities lost connection with 2000 war prisoners who are kept in Ukraine

Approximately 200 militiamen of the Donetsk People’s Republic are kept in Ukrainian prisons and the connection with them was lost. It was reported to DAN by the human rights ombudsman of the DPR Dariya Morozova.

‘There are about 200 people who cannot connect with us, there is no connection’, she said.

Morozova did not exclude that illegal measures can be used against them, Morozova support contacts with International Committee of the Red Cross and UNO concerning their destiny.

Morozova pointed out again that destinies of war prisoners can be solved only with Minsk agreements fulfilment.
