Vika was kind, cheerful, and she loved animals very much. Her dreams will not be realized, because Ukrainian shell took her life on July 27, 2014 as many other lives that day in Gorlovka….
Since the early morning Gorlovka was subjected to severe shelling by Ukrainian artillery. Shelling was heard all the time, however, somewhere on a suburb.Citizens of Gorlovka did not believe to the last moment that such turn of events if possible. Civilians hurried to go shopping in the center of Gorlovka as usually. Families walked. Not many people turned attention to explosions in the distance.
The city led its own life despite everything.
