Ankara can officially recognize Crimea as a part of Russia soon, according to the head of the Turkish delegation currently in Crimea today , the head of the Turkish Association of Eurasian governments Hasan Cengiz.
“With the pace of rapprochement between Ankara and Moscow, I believe that recognition should take place in a short time. The more we will have in common, the more will accelerate the process of recognition”, he said.
Head of the Turkish delegation also believes the Crimean Tatars who left the peninsula can freely return to the Crimea.
According to him, this can happen due to the fact that life is getting better on the Russian peninsula. Cengiz also spoke out against the pressure of the West on non-recognition of the Crimea.
