War Crimes, And Against The Geneva Convention, The Ukraine Junta Attacks With Sniper Fire Water Filtration Plant Workers ! (Military Report/Video Col. Basurin)

(Military Situation Report/Video By The High Command Col. Basurin) ~ The situation in the Donetsk People’s Republic has sharply deteriorated. War crimes by the Coup leader of Ukraine Poroshenko as his military war machine target with sniper fire at workers who are constantly maintaining the main Water Filtration Plant In The Donetsk Republic ! This is a gross violation, war crimes and against the Geneva Convention protocol , endangering the lives of all the citizens of the Donetsk Republic ! Complete madness and something taken out of the Hitler Germany war machine military textbook  during WII by attacking the infrastructure , Factory’s , Plants , Businesses, Churches and the Education system, this systematic criminal act only leads to one thing which  is planned by the Ukraine Junta Nazi Regime and that is ” Ethnic Cleansing ” !  But the proud people of Donetsk Republic and its mighty army has stood tall as a surprise attack by the Nazi Ukraine army units yesterday attempted to seize the town of Spartak but was crushed and pushed back , losing two young men, toy soldiers and 5 badly wounded !

Over the past day, the criminal forces of Ukraine violated the ceasefire 911 times, having doubled the number of bombardments and launched on the territory of the Republic 24 artillery shells, 11 tank shells, 269 82 and 120mm mortar shells and 527 shells from grenade launchers of different types. In addition, the enemy used in the shelling infantry fighting vehicles and small arms.

The Ukrainian terrorists, on the orders of the commanders of the 53rd, the 72nd and the 92nd separate mechanized brigades, Gruzevich, Sokolov and Nikolyuk, and the commander of the 36th Marine brigade, Delyatitsky, shelled the following localities of the Republic: Zaytsevo, Dolomitnoye, Mikhaylovka, Ozeryanovka, Nizhnetoretskoye, Yasinovataya, Zhabichevo, Vasilyevka, Krutaya Balka, Spartak, Alexandrovka, Leninskoye, Sakhanka, the area of the airport and the locality of Trudovskiye in the Petrovsky district of Donetsk city.

As a result of the Ukrainian artillery fire, there was damaged a maintenance shop of the Yasinovatsky railway and completely destroyed a farm building in the locality of Krutaya Balka.

In the shelling of our positions, there was wounded one soldier of the DPR People’s Army.

Our intelligence continues to record the strengthening of the Nazi Ukraine Unit (AFU ) positions near the contact line.

• In Primorskoye (7 km away from the contact line), there were detected three 122mm motorized artillery systems «Gvozdika»;
• In Starognatovka (4 km away from the contact line), there was detected one 122mm howitzer D-30 and three trucks with ammunition.

In addition, we have the information about about artillery spotters gatherings planned by the 36th separate Marine brigade command for the period from 10 to 19 January.

The Ukrainian criminal command does not leave attempts to unleash full-scale hostilities, in order to move in such a way to solving the conflict in Donbass by force. In particular, yesterday, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Junta made an attempt to seize our positions in the area of the locality of Spartak.

By decisive actions, the People’s Army units repelled the attack and stopped the enemy. According to our data, the Nazi Ukraine Units (AFU)  losses amounted to two men killed and five wounded.

It is important to say that the Ukrainian Nazi command has begun to use the tactics of a «treacherous war» under the guise of promises of a ceasefire and refusals to seize critical infrastructure, which leads to an increase in civilian casualties and threatens with a humanitarian catastrophe.

In particular, according to our information, the Ukrainian Nazi military have grossly violated the earlier documented agreements between the parties, prohibiting the placement of any armed forces and military equipment within at least 1.5 kilometers from the Donetsk pumping and filtration plant. However, we recorded equipping a dugout with the AFU personnel a few hundred meters away from the plant, as well as facts of gunpoint intimidation, on the part of the Ukrainian Nazi  military, of the plant working personnel and forcing them to temporarily abandon their working places and move to a bomb shelter. Such criminal acts of the AFU can disrupt the functioning of the Donetsk pumping and filtration plant with all the consequences.

I would like to remind the Ukrainian commanders of the Geneva Convention. In particular, according to the Additional Protocol of the Geneva Convention of 1977, the chapter 10 of the article 54, it is prohibited to attack and destroy objects intended for the survival of the population, as well as disturb their functioning.

Thus, the Ukrainian command has once again violated the international law, using terrorist methods and creating a precedent for blocking the critical infrastructure of the Donetsk People’s Republic.

In our turn, we appeal to representatives of the OSCE Mission and the United Nations with a request to document these crimes and severely condemn the Ukrainian Junta authorities sanctioning the violation of the international law.
