NATO announced 5 areas of help to Ukraine and it will help by expances of Trust Funds. It is said on the official site of the Alliance. Separate Trust Fund was carried out for each area. Ukraine is like “poor relative” again and it will be maintained by reach countries-members of NATO. By they will control certain goals. In fact, Ukraine proved regularly that each amount of money given to it disappears.
Money of Trust Funds will be given for such programs: logistics and standardization, control-command points and in points of electronic control, centers of electronic protection from cyber attacks, treatment and rehabilitation of military stuff.
Roles were shared among ‘Reach relatives’ in such way. According to the dates n 23 January, the main role in programs of logistics and standardization will play Czech Republic, Poland and the Netherlands. Dania and Turkey take also part in this program. Working out of recommendations concerning arrangement of command-control checkpoints and communications are duties of Canada, Island, Latvia, Lithuania, and Turkey. Rumania is responsible for the protection from cyber attacks. Albania, Hungary, Turkey, Portugal and Estonia will help. Croatia, Greece, Luxemburg, Slovakia, Turkey will support projects of treatment and rehabilitation of Ukrainian fighters.
Realization of each program will take from 2 to 3 years.
