Władze kijowskie praktycznie od wczoraj wprowadziły całkowitą blokadę, będącego pod kontrolą powstańców, Donbasu, przepuszczając tylko pieszych i jadących na rowerach pod warunkiem, że nie mają ze sobą żadnego bagażu. Wstrzymano też kursowanie autobusów na trasie Donieck-Mariupol.
