Basic rock at the place of future monument to victims of Kiev punitives was fixed up in a town Chervonopartizansk in the Sverdlovsk region.
Military actions in the territory of the Sverdlovsk region started year ago, and first casualties were that time among civilians. The biggest amount of casualties was on 10th July.
A tragedy happened that day in the town. Four miners of the company DFPC (Donetsk fuel-power complex) died. Ukrainian fighters shelled the bus, as a result, the driver Kuzmenko S.I. was wounded, and passengers. Other civilians died as a sequence of mortar shelling that day. Dozens of peaceful people were wounded.
‘These people became victims of the violent aggression. They did not want war, they did not want to hear explosions and bullets above their heads. They had only one goal: to live and to work on their native land, to bring up children and grandchildren’, it was pointed out in the department of inner policy.
