Ice Cool Lavrov Arrives In Berlin, Normandy Four Talks Begin

A meeting of the foreign ministers of Russia, France, Germany and Ukraine, known as the Normandy Four, has begun at Berlin’s Villa Borsig.

Earlier on Saturday, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held bilateral meetings with his German and French counterparts, Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Laurent Fabius.

Steimeier and Fabius were the first to come out for a photo opportunity, then Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klmkin joined them and Lavrov was the last to come out to the reporters.

“What do were look like?” Lavrov asked the photo journalists and got an answer “good” from one of them.
