Investigating Committee brought an action against Ukrainian MP for the call to terrorism

Investigating Committee of RF brought an action against three Ukrainian members of the Parliament for public calls to carrying out of terroristic activity after their exclamations concerning 4^th December in Groznyy, reported the representative of the department Vladimir Markin.

‘The main investigating committee brought an action against Yuriy Bereza, Andrey Levus and Igor Mosiychuk in regard to the signs of the crime as a result of procedural examination in accordance with art.205.2 Criminal Code of RF (public calls to carry out terroristic activity or public justification of terrorism)” reported Markin.

The biggest firefight happened in the Northern Caucasus in the capital of Chechnya for the last time this Thursday. The group of fighters attacked at first the post TPS and then they hid in the House of print and school. The group of disposing was lasting some hours. According to the last dates, 14 police officers died and 36 were wounded. 11 fighters were disposed.

Ukrainian MP Yuriy Breza (party Narodniy front) and Igor Mosiychuk (nationalist Radical party0 supported attack of fighters on 4^th December in Groznyy and expressed their opinion concerning attempts of destabilization of the situation in Russia, particularly, in Chechnya.

Mosiychuk called Ukraine to stimulate the events, which are similar to those which happened in Groznyy, not just in the Caucasus, but also in Central Asia. Suspects were put on the international wanted list in margins of criminal proceeding.

‘These so-called members of the Parliament known probably very bad or known nothing about effectiveness of work of Russian law enforcement system’, said Markin.

‘Especially for those who can have temptation to repeat their utterances, I remind that no one who committed terroristic operations in the territory of Russian Federation has criminal responsibility yet. Some were sent to prison, some were disposed for the making resistance in time of arrest’.
