For people who equate Chechnya and Novorossia

Conflict in Chechnya started from the calls to separatists from “Nazi Russia”, from violent increasing of criminality in Chechnya and beyond its borders.

Pay attention to the date “separatism” started in September 1991, before official collapse of the USSR. Government of the Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic did not have reply to the “government” of Dudaev. And increasing of criminality was since September to December horrible  .

Even Chechen political leaders point out that it was a crime primarily against Chechen people. There were much blood and intended killings. And when it became impossible not to notice mass murders, Nazi conducted mop-up of Russian villages and total theft and de-facto legalized slavery and prostitution and illegal drug and weapon selling, our “big leader” and drunker Eltsin signed the order ‘about implementation of emergency situation’ on 7th November…

It would seem, ATO!

However, Russia took troops out of Chechnya, and Chechen fighters got a big amount of weapons, and infrastructure, including railway. And Ukrainians patriots do not want to revise this, because they did not allow to South-East to build their life. They started shelling populated areas and they tried to make afraid local population.

Chechnya was independent for 3 years. Reckless part of fighters stole everything that could. They abducted people from neighbor regions, and it became very widespread. Ethnic mop-up of Russian-speaking population take its place in gallery of Nazi actions. Only when opposition was established in the country to Dudaev, when the civil war inflamed, RF brought troops.

Was it elegant?
Yes, it was. The time showed a total failure of Ichkeroia as a state and inability of its authorities to control criminality. The criminality became the threat to other Russian regions.

In the course of long-term conflict when Russian troops were at war against different armed gangs and foreign mercenaries, certain power balance was established.

Peaceful Agreement was made in time of talks in Khasavyurt in 1996. Due to this agreement was decided to withdraw troops nobly from Chechnya and set aside a question concerning the status of Chechnya to 2001 year. Have Chechen Nazis kept the word? They committed assault upon neighbor region of Russia Dagestan in time of their criminal actions. And they violated all agreements, and provoked the beginning of CTO. And they got the second Chechen War. It ended with establishment of friendly government and the biggest part of terrorists were defeated.

Russian Federation did not interfere in cases of the subject of Federation till criminal situation did not make too many of maximum acceptable: mass murders and ethnic mop-up. Russian Federation was indifferent to the opinion of separatists concerning “independence”, not having made obstacles in work of so-called “authorities”. They hoped for sufficient stabilization of the region for negotiating.

Let’s look at Donbass now.

1. The situation in the region was stable until Kiev troops started attacking, there were no reports of mass crimes. In contrast to, for instance, Kiev that was criminalized very fast. Consequently, it is impossible to talk about provocations from the side of DPR and LPR, I cannot bring myself to tell this. They lived cooped up in their cabinet that the administration provided for them and everything was quite.

2. Probably, Kiev may have provided opportunity to the region to self-identify and propose authorities for negotiating? No. Initial positions of commanders of ATO: ‘any talks with terrorists’. And only now when they FAILED, they started talking about possible negotiations.

3. Did Kiev bring troops into this region at support of civilians and friendly authorities (like Russia in 1994)? No. There is no friendly government, and there are no arranged rallies against DPR and LPR. Kiev enforces its will to Donbass with a help of violence.

4. Did DPR launch this war beyond Donbass? No. The same situation is with LPR also, however, it is principally another administrative territorial alliance that does not have any attitude to the DPR. Novorossia is a confederation due to its foreign policy’s interests. There is no sense in such provocation.

5. Do representatives of the DPR arrange mop-up of Ukrainian-speaking population? Or did Zaharchenko take citizens of Ukraine to sexual slavery? Or are war prisoners of the National Guardia who are Nazi beasts in majority forced to work in the DPR? No.

6. Are Kiev authorities and the president Poroshenko legatimate? Do they have right to protect integrality of the country? The funniest thing is that de yure Yanukovich is the legatimate president of Ukraine, the decision of its resignation was had not been taken.

There was a statement of the Verkhovna Rada that ‘he distanced himself due to unconstitutional way from the nation’s leadership’, and it is not correct due to the Constitution 2004. Consequently, president elections is not more than circus with 20 clowns.

As a result we have a simple case, the comparison is concocting assonance of abbreviations CTO and ATO. Any other principle similarities in this case have not been observed. They are playing at emotions, using demagogic tricks, however, they are not holding demagogic discussion.
