Moscow, 21 February./TASS/. The authorities of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics are ready to provide on 22nd February the access to the town located on the border of the DPR and LPR to monitors of OSCE.
It was announced by authorized representatives of the DPR and LPR at Minsk talks Denis Pushilin and Vladislav Deynego.
‘We have not already known the amount of cars and monitors are going to visit Debaltsevo, but we are ready to take all them’, pointed out he.
