Catalonians are ready to announce independence

Representatives of a movement for separation of Catalonia from Spain stated that they announce about the independence of the region if Madrid tries to block the campaign of secession of Catalonia from the country.

Activists have a hope to start the campaign if their coalition has success of the voting in September.
