Court cancelled the decision of Kiev concerning refuse of payments of pensions in the zone of so-called ATO

County administrative court of Kiev cancelled the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning payments of pensions and social payments for the dwellers of the zone of military operation. It was reported by the People’s MP Alexandr Vilkul (Opposition block).

‘County administrative court of Kiev cancelled illegal point of the provision of the Cabinet of Ministers that cancelled payments of pensions and social allowances for civilians’, reported the press-service of the MP on Wednesday.

According to the words of Vilkula, all the payments since November of 2013 are to be refund for people, all debts and payments have to be paid.
The MP pointed out the decision of the court becomes operative if there is no appeal from the side of the government. It was told in the press-service of the MP that appeal was made by the retired woman from Donetsk Nina Ivanova.
