Ombudsman of the Donetsk People’s Republic talked about war crimes of Ukraine since 2014, about International organizations with which Apparatus on human rights cooperates.
Dariya Vasilievna, it is amazing that the Apparatus off Ombudsman exists and functions in military time, which organizations recognize your position?
However, it is military time now, people live here, their rights are to be defended. World society recognizes residents of the Republic, we cooperate with all International organizations: EHRC, UN, Red Cross, OSCE, including Human Rights ombudsman of Ukraine, but not often.
Dariya pointed out that she was invited to the coming conference in Geneva and to provide report on war crimes committted by Ukraine.
Could you tell us, please the amount of war crimes committed by Ukraine in Donbass?
It is impossible to say the certain amount, crimes by Ukrainian side are committed not every day, but several times a day. And they are registered by the Special Commission on fixation of War Crimes.
It is necessary to point out that UN fixes all human rights violations in Ukraine.

The Ombudsman talked also about unfair exchanges of prisoners of war with Ukraine.
She concluded that case of each shelling to the International War Tribunal and justice is served.
