The Donetsk People’s Republic will begin withdrawing tanks and weapons of calibre under 100mm after October 18 in case truce is observed, the defence ministry’s representative Eduard Basurin said on Saturday.
“It will be after the 18th, if it remains quiet,” the Donetsk News Agency quoted him.

Considering the Ukrainian Nazis have violated the ceasefire many times over the past 24 hours….with zero respect for anything or anyone………..better hold off on withdrawing……Furthermore, do you really trust the OSCE? Nice work when you can get it, put up all expenses paid at a 5* Oligarch owned hotel in Donetsk 😉 ;-).
