LPR Pervomaiskiy district and Nizegorskiy region of Crimea became twin regions, as they signed the agreement at today’s meeting of Russia-Donbass Integration Committee in Donetsk.

The document was signed by Pervomaiskiy district head Vitaliy Mikhailov and Nizegorskiy administration head Alexander Petrov.

The committee is established as a permanent structure aiming at boosting humanitarian, social, cultural integration of Donbass and Russia. DPR and LPR leaders arrived in Crimea to participate in the first meeting of the committee.
