Having been in Minsk OSCE supported demands of the DPR for payment pensions by Kiev to citizens of the DPR and LPR

‘The coordinator of OSCE in economic question subgroup supports demands of the DPR and LPR concerning partial restoration of bank system by Ukraine, payment of pensions and social benefits to citizens.

Kiev officially stopped pension payments and social security benefits to dwellers of  Donbass territories uncontrolled by Ukraine on December 1, 2014. In actual fact, the payments stopped in the summer of 2014. However, the resumption of pension payments by Ukraine is envisaged in paragraph 8 of the Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements of February 12 signed by the “Normandy Four.”
