Head of the DPR Aleksandr Zakharchenko got a gunshot wound in the ancle while running across the main street in Debaltsevo in the course of the mopping-up operation.
His bodyguards provided the first aid: applied a tourniquet and bandaged the wound. The injury is not severe. Zakharchenko was evacuated to Alchevsk together with three wounded militiamen.
