American senator John McCain admitted that Ukrainian punitives used uncontrolled cluster weapons, reports RT.
He explained this that the USA did not supply Kiev with necessary armament.
‘I think that if we would have supplied weapons, they would not consider that it is necessary to use cluster bombs. It is our blame also’, said the senator.
Be reminded that McCain announced that the legislative draft has been brought in the senate, the text of which will demand from the president Barak Obama to provide weapons to Ukraine if the president will not take this step himself.
