Three paintings are portraits of Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump and Marine Le Pen. Katasonova believes that these politicians will be able to contribute effectively to the achievement of peace in the world. She noted that the triptych is somewhat prophetic because it was written a year ago, when nobody knew that Trump will become President of the United States. Social activist expressed hope that the portrait of Le Pen in the composition will also be prophetic.
“Marine was very impressed by the work of our art group the “White star”, however, you can see her reaction on video. She thanked us for our support, for the women’s movement and for presented paintings,” wrote Maria Katasonova an explanation of the news in Facebook.
Katasonova flew to France on the 27th of March. She said that she was greeted warmly, and during her passing through customs, officers were very surprised by the content of oversized cargo.

According to analysts, leaders of the upcoming presidential race are the leader of the French nationalists Marine Le Pen and former Minister of economy of France Emmanuel Macron. Their political views and vision for the future of their country are almost completely different. Le Pen believes that France should regain greater independence from the European Union in several areas, including the economy and politics. Her opponent, on the contrary — insists on more integration and the strengthening of France in the EU.
