Procedure of access to gas supply had been complicated for the utility providers of Ukraine

The heating season started, and the utility providers were faced with the new state rules of filling in of the necessary forms.

As Korrespondent.net reports, the number of the authorization documents, which let them start the heating of all residential buildings immediately, increased several times.

Actually, the heads of utility services are quite surprised by the introduction of new rules, as no such demands had been put forward last year.

However, public company “Kievgaz” assures them that no changes of the documentations were made this year.
It should be mentioned that the heating season in Ukraine started on October 22.
