Proud Lugansk Republic State Minister Is Happy And Thrilled He Is On The U.S. Regime Sanctions List And Knowing He Chose The Right Path Of Saving People Of Donbass !

LPR State Security Minister Leonid Pasechnik said he is happy that his name has been entered on the U.S. Department of Treasury sanctions list.

Earlier, the Department of Treasury imposed sanctions against a number of LPR officials, including the Republic’s Interior Minister Igor Kornet and acting minister of the Council of Ministers Natalia Khorsheva.

“In the first place, I’m grateful that the USA so highly appreciates my modest contribution to saving Donbass people from war, terror and genocide which was brought here by the incumbent pro-fascist regime in Ukraine,” Pasechnik said.

“I’m glad that I’m on the sanctions list, not on the list of the Ukrainian war criminals which is yet to be drawn.  I’ll be making all efforts to make sure that this list is not a political spin, as in the U.S. case, but a document based on solid evidence.

“This decision also shows that the strengthening ties with Russia in such corner of the world as Donbass, so far away from the USA, are a natural process which the world power on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean is trying to terminate by sanctions, a method so unnatural for the civilized world.

Generally speaking, the USA acted like the Kiev regime, which not only imposed blockade against LPR and DPR, but also strengthened it under pressure from neo-Nazi squads. This totalitarianism heritage indicates that we’ve chosen the right path towards integration with the country that provided us invaluable financial aid in the struggle for freedom,” the LPR state security minister said.

He said that the U.S. Department of Treasury’s sanctions against him made no sense.

“Trying to control a person through what he does not have is fruitless and stupid, even if mass media disseminate information about him,” he said.
