The investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case against five Russian citizens involved in the activities of the extremist organization “Right sector”. It is reported by RIA Novosti citing a statement by the acting head of the Department of media relations of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Svetlana Petrenko. She said that the proceedings have been initiated against Igor Chudinov, Gennady Hamraev, George Stockiy, Roman Strigankov and Alexander Valov. Suspects hold radical views and ideas of fascism and nationalism. They went to Ukraine at different times and joined the ranks of radical groups. Two of them participated in the punitive operations in the Donbass, and others engaged in propaganda on the Internet and the organization of mass actions of “Right Sector”. Representatives of the Ministry did not specify where the Russians, associated with extremists, are now.
