There were no features of withdrawal of troops, heavy artillery and military armament from the touch line with regimes of the militia of Donbass and there were no significant changes in dislocation of formation of law enforcement structures of the junta for the last 24 hours.

Fascists kept on violating of the regime of the ceasefire implemented on 9^th December. Not less than 7 cases of broken agreements by Ukrainians were fixed for this night.

The positions of the militia were fired on near Gorlovka from air defense system-23 from the side of the mine Gagarina at 21.35;

The militias were fired on from grenade launchers and small guns and mortars from the Donetsk airport at 19.20;

The fire was opened at the positions of the militia near the mine Izotova from the side of the village Shumy at 21.25;

The checkpoint of the militia near the Volvo-Center was shelled by the punitives from the town Peski from the APC;

The checkpoint of the militia near the factory named after Lenin and summer community which is located near the settlement Veselaya Gora were shelled from 23.20 to 00.00 from grenade launchers and heavy guns from the side of  Thermal Power Station (TPS), town Schastie.
