The Defence Minister of Poland Tomazs Simoniak got into the curios situation, he made a muddle of the microphone with a lamp fixed on the tribune for illuminating of the documentary texts.
We can see in the video from YouTube how the Minister got the tribune and started fixing the microphone. He thought that the lamp was a microphone and the light illuminated his face and then he started his speech.
