The Crimea became the part of the state, in regard to the Agreement concerning deproliferation of nuclear weapon, it has it. And Russian Federation has it in accordance with international right. It can use its legitimate nuclear weapon in virtue of all grounds due to international rights and duties.
The Minister if foreign affairs of RF Sergey Lavrov announced it to Interfax.
According to the words of that minister, the Crimea is not nuclear free zone in international legislative sense. The Crimea was a part of Ukraine which is the state which has no nuclear weapon’, remarked he. He pointed out that the notion nuclear zone itself which characterizes certain legal agreement has never used in regard to the Crimea.
