U.S. military vehicles arrive in Ukraine – U.S. ambassador

Another shipment of military vehicles arrived on Saturday morning in Odessa under the U.S.-Ukrainian agreements on military cooperation, the U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt said.
“Another 100 Humvees for Ukraine delivered to Odesa this morning – making good on VP’s commitment in March,” he twitted.

First 25 vehicles arrived in Ukraine on March 25, 2015. At that time, Ukraine’s President Pyotr Poroshenko said all the vehicles will be equipped to be sent over later on to the force mission in the country’s eastern regions.
