Ukraine gives power lines to Novorossiya
How it was reported by Ukrainian Mass Media, the Department of Coal Industry of Ukraine excluded power 4 lines located between Russian and ATO zone from the list of inter-country lines, it was reported on the site of the Finance Ministry of Ukraine.
Corresponding decision has been fixed by the order of the Ministry of Energy №31 dated from 23 January 2015.
Particularly, PTL (power transmission line) 500 kV Pobeda-Shahty, 300 Kv Yuzhnaya Rostovskaya, 200 kV Amvrosievka-Tagantog, 110 kV Kvashino-Tyagovaya.
It means that Ukraine admits transition of these lines to implementation in Republics of Novorossiya.

Because many cities & towns in the Donbass do not have banks working, due to the fascist order from last year, can’t you get it working apart from the Kiev Government, linking your own cities towns etc? & perhaps connected to Russia? Especially when they have their own SWIFT banking system soon.
Also, you need to get more and more troops to Gorlovka etc to relieve the aerial attacks from the nazi scum in the west on your civilian areas.
