This article does not state whether or not there was return fire towards the Kiev forces. I hope not. I have read another article elsewhere in which a rebel leader states that they do not fire back, even though there is daily mortar fire directed at them. I applaud that discipline and restraint. Again elsewhere I read a different article in which a Kiev officer states that they are fired upon two to four times per day. I appreciate everyone trying to keep the peace in a difficult situation. I wish you all peace and rebuilding and a good election in the coming months.
