Unprecedented speed of reconstruction works in Debaltsevo

The “terrorists” in Donbass, having on short notice repaired the railway junction in Debaltsevo, are cynically continuing to bring to naught the efforts of the Ukrainian military in regard to the devastation of the infrastructure in the region. Central town hospital became the next object that has been restored and put into operation.

The DPR authorities announced the start of works in reconstruction of the destroyed kindergarten and schools; the EOD operators are demining Yenakiyevskaya mine, which is, evidently also going to be put into service by the “terrorists”.

Their cynicism is unprecedented. Perhaps, Ukraine should raise an issue of their barbaric actions before the Security Council of the UN!
