Earlier today SMM patrol en route from Slavyanoserbsk to Sokolniki, drove on mine, as the OSCE Chairman, Foreign Minister of Austria Sebastian Kurz confirmed on his Twitter.
“We know, that the patrol deviated from the main route and was moving along a side road, which is prohibited by the OSCE SMM mandate,” the People’s Army said.
“We have more than once attracted the SMM’s attention to the necessity of following safety rules when monitoring routes.”
“We hope that the representatives of the OSCE SMM, the Joint Center for Control and Coordination and other international organizations will give a real estimate of the incidents.”
“We have been informing the international observes about possible provocations on the Ukrainian Junta armed forces side, on sabotage squads operating on the contact line. In January in the vicinity of Dolgoye, Slavyanoserbskiy district, an SMM patrol came under anti-tank guided missile system fire, there were no casualties luckily.”

A monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission was killed, another one wounded as an anti-tank mine exploded next to the mission’s vehicle, said LPR People’s Army press service.
“Today, on 23 April 2017, as two SMM patrols en route from Slavyanoserbsk to Sokolniki, one mission’s vehicle exploded killing one monitor and wounding another.”
