-Vladislav Leonidovich, you are a deputy of such a significant committee that ensures international activity of our state and that is responsible for cooperation with surrounding states, tell us at which law-in-drafts you worked, which team worked and which results you reached.
-We work at legislation in a close tie with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the DPR. Jointly we worked out 3 laws:
• Law on humanitarian missions;
• On counter-terrorism;
• On international agreements of the DPR.
Two last were signed by the head of the republic. And they are working now. Two last were signed by the head of the republic. And they are working now. We are working out 2 law-in-drafts now, I consider that the law ‘On Consular Statute of the DPR’ is very important.
-Tell us, please the main function of the law ‘On counter-terrorism’.
-Certainly, there is a provision in this law that carries responsibility for formation of terroristic organizations; all positions are revealed, Ukrainian parties that stir up war processes are also considered for these actions.
-What was taken for the base of the law?
-We create the law on the base of laws of RF for 90%.
-Tell us about the law ‘On International agreements’, that was worked out by you.
-This law was adopted and it is acting now to the full only with one country, with which we have mutual recognition, it is South Ossetia.
-Which peculiarities are in formation of this law?
-International lawyers from Russia ad Kazakhstan worked at this law. It is standard agreement.
-Tell us, Vladislav Leonidovich, how do you see your civil position?
-Position is clear. All deputies who are in the People’s Council: they were at war or took part in political activity. There are no occasional people. And we have common position, we want our republic to develop, to be in progress and people to get what they wanted when they went to the referendum. Our committee is one of the most important and it will show its role. However, there are many problems in the republic that are connected with the blockade arranged by Ukraine, I see being an expert in international relations that public opinion has being changed in Europe and USA.
The public opinion is changed with each visit of European delegations. All people that arrive here, they are not average people, they have relations. Of course, we expect that opinion will be changed in political quarters of these states.
