Corruption in Ukrainian law enforcement bodies remained at the old level, the chief of department of road traffic and the state of roads at the Ukrainian Road Traffic Inspectorate, Lieutenant Colonel Vitaly Balbekov, who defected to the side of the Donetsk People’s Republic, told journalists at the Donetsk news agency’s press center.
“We served a year in the territory controlled by the Kiev authorities, and corruption and bribery there hasn’t changed. Our salaries remained low, despite the fact that Ukrainian authorities repeatedly promised to increase them significantly. Since our transfer to occupied Mariupol, Kiev authorities didn’t provide personnel of the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs with any accommodation. “We weren’t accommodated. Let me give you a simple example. We even had to repair service vehicles at our own expense. We had to refuel them at our own expense. We had to provide our supplies at our own expense. We had to pay for our living accommodations at our own expense,” – Vitaly Balbekov said.

What a hilarious article! Ukraine may still have some corruption but it is dealing with it. On the other hand the Russian terrorist states like the so-called DNR and LNR are criminal run lawless states where the official ideology is to plunder the homes and property of its “citizens” or rather “hostages”. YEs, the people living on your territory are “hostages” of your criminal, terrorist regime. Your leaders are war criminals and will be tried at the International Criminal Court at the Hague one day, along with the fascist munchkin Vladimir Putin.
