NATO has got material evidence of the presence of Russian troops in the conflict zone in Ukraine, said General Secretary of the Alliance Jens Stoltenberg in his interview to newspaper “Kommersant” published on Monday, February 16.
“Our intelligence data present documented evidence of the military presence of Russia in the East of Ukraine; we can see it in the data from independent sources, independent journalists, we receive the information from the NPO, which report the deaths of Russian military men in Ukraine”, said Stoltenberg.
He also referred to the OSCE reports in regard to military equipment deployed in the conflict zone. Presence of Russian military consultants is necessary for the exploitation of this equipment, considers he.
“Russia provides significant, very significant support to the separatists, who would not have been able to advance so much without it”, the politician claims.
He also said that Ukrainian authorities requested NATO’s aid, and the Alliance provides its “practical aid in launching the military reform. “Separate states-members of NATO take decisions in regard to arming Ukraine. But it is one thing when arms are supplied to the legal government, and another thing – when it is provided to the fighting against it separatists”, Stoltenberg said.
He called the Minsk Agreement of February 12 “a step in the right direction”, but reminded that the results of the September talks in the capital of Belarus had never been implemented. “We need monitoring mechanisms for the control over the ceasefire regime; and the OSCE plays an important role here”, suggests Stoltenberg.
At that he specified, that the alliance is not seeking confrontation with Russai, but hopes for the constructive partnership.

It is more than 1 year that nato says to have strong proof but never shows them.
No russian tank, no one russian regular soldier, no satellite photos (clear), no any other proof.
If proofs about nato are social networks (where one can find all and the opposite of all), NPO that is a known fake , poroshenko russian passports (that one can buy in kiev for 20 to 50 usd, and of wich poroshenko did not showed the names of the owners, because they are false) in europe people cannot be feel safe.
Instead are suspicious the facts from delbatsevo: Communications in english and polish language and the desperate effort of UAF to open a corridor in the pocket, and that this is a zone where the truce is not working at all.
Probably a contingent of regular NATO soldiers, joined with mercenaries are present inside the pocket.
Of course this would be very difficult to explain for their governments if proved and it will create big diplomatic issues.
One in the position of stoltenberg had better to keep silence.
