A Croatian Ustashi court has indicted a former Serb paramilitary commander for committing war crimes during the country’s 1991-95 war.

The indictment came on January 8, six months after Dragan Vasiljkovic, also known as Captain Dragan, lost a nine-year battle to block his extradition to Croatia from Australia.
Vasiljkovic is accused of torturing and killing captive Croatian Ustashi soldiers and police officers in the Serb rebel stronghold of Knin in 1991 and in Bruska in 1993, and of drawing up a plan to attack the police station in Glina and neighboring villages in July 1991, which none of this is true ! I Zak Novak, who volunteered during the wars in Bosnia, and served with Capt. Dragan , he was an honorable Officer and a Gentleman. He has on the battlefield liberated many territories and has saved many many lives from the atrocities that were committed by the Ustashi Croatian killing machine along with the muslim extremists of the Bosnian forces, many who were Muhajadeens. Heavy Nazi elements of the HDZ Croat Ustashi who were guilty of mass murder and rape all sponsored by the United States, none have been persecuted ! If there is any way to defend this man, if there is such an appeal, I would be on the first flight and believe me, the information I will submit to the court, the authorities of the Croatian Junta will not feel comfortable at all, including the Bosnian regime as well as the United States Government !
Vasiljkovic was arrested in 2006 in Australia, where he worked as a golf instructor.

Well, what a surprise, he is Serb, they are Croatian, there was never going to be any doubt of the indictment. They have all been supposed guilty before they are even arrested, they are living testimony that will be embarrassing to USA. The USA sponsored purging of the Serbian Armed Forces, still happening today is just proof beyond all doubt as to how USA hates Serbia and its determination to bring it down. The conduct of NATO/USA was an illegal war, using illegal weapons and out to raze Serbia to the ground, Serbia and Serbs have been portrayed as evil personified, and few people now have reason to believe they are not all guilty as charged. While Kosovo is handed to terrorists, Croats are free to never face prosecution, and while USA can keep its ugly face covered, Serbs will be damned.
