Today is the first anniversary of the air raid of Ukrainian Army on Lugansk

A year ago by the air strike on the square and the building of the Lugansk Regional Administration in the center of the city Kiev regime had demonstrably and  convincingly shown its attitude to noncombatant people in Donbass, reminded head of the Council of Ministers of the LPR Gennadiy Tsypkalov.

This was the day when the dwellers of Lugansk realized that Ukrainian Army is able to mercilessly open fire on the unarmed population, the politician said.

“By its air strike the junta, which had seized power in Kiev, had demonstrably shown its attitude to the inhabitants of Donbass, whose lives mean nothing to it”, — Tsypkalov added.

He also stressed that the air raid of Ukrainian Air Force had no significance in the military context, and was the act of demonstration of force and  impunity.

“They shelled the Central Park and civilian buildings, where grown-ups strolled and children played, and this air raid resulted in civilian casualties only”, — he explained.

Then Tsypkalov assured the journalists that those, who gave orders to burn people alive in Odessa o May 2 and shell the center of Lugansk on June 2 “will not escape punishment, in spite of their assurance in impunity”.

Be reminded that on June 2, 2014 at about 3 PM assaulter Su-25 of Ukrainian AF carried out an air strike on the building of the Lugansk Regional Administration, allegedly, with 80-mm guideless air missiles S-8 and cannons of the 30 mm caliber. The building of the Regional Administration , the parking and the square in front of it got subjected to direct hits. Eight persons died – three men and five women. Nearly 30 persons received fragmentation wounds, some of them had been hospitalized in severe condition. Ukrainian propagandists had fully justified the air raid on the city and with utmost cynicism jeered at the victims.
