“In his confession, published in the German edition “BILD”, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Lutsenko acknowledged the fact that they are illegally holding the order of about 100 individuals. As the Commissioner for human rights in the DPR, I call on the international community to understand the issue of this statement.
As it is not against the implementation of measures under the Minsk agreements, but is a direct proof of violation of the rights and freedoms of the individual under international law. I ask the international organizations to assist us, and help to identify the 100 citizens illegally detained by Ukraine and take action for their early release,” said Daria Morozova
