UN officials are covering up the findings of OSCE and UN experts that pro Nazi Kiev forces were responsible for the premeditated murder of a US Monitor in the Donbass Region (formerly Eastern Ukraine) – presumably because the death does not fit with the Russophobic propaganda narrative in Kiev, Washington and Berlin.
Why would Ukrainian nationalists attack the OSCE? Because, being in constant conflict with Poles in the South, Belarus in the North and Russians and Russian speakers in the Donbass Region (Eastern Ukraine) , Ukrainian nationalists would regard the OSCE monitors as an international block on their ambitions and an embarrassing revealer of the murderous conditions they have brought about in the Donbass (Donetsk and Lugansk Republics).
Among many war crimes committed by Nazi Ukraine and its armed forces in the Donbass are the killing of Thousands of civilians by Fascist Kiev army shelling (including the use of cluster shells which explode before hitting the ground thus killing over a far greater area) the cutting off of water in violation of the Minsk accords and in international law almost certainly representing a war crime and the murder by pro Kiev forces of the American Josef Stone, an official OSCE monitor on a road in Lugansk.
It is this latter death which the UN officials are guilty of covering up – presumably because it does not fit with the propaganda narrative in London, Washington and Berlin that the Kiev regime (brought to power by a US financed and German planned putsch by, among others, Nazi gangs in 2014) is “democratic” and worthy of increased support from the EU and NATO. This is despite the repeated refusal of Kiev to conform with the two “Minsk Accords” which required them to cease shelling East Ukraine secessionists and legislate for devolved Government.
A friend now reveals his discussions with two former OSCE Monitors who were working in
Ukraine at the time when (23d April 2017) the American citizen was killed by a roadside mine on the outskirts of Prishib village in the Lugansk Republic.
The information he received from these two officials (both retired military officers who have worked for the OSCE for the last 10 years) has been cross checked with a contact in the Red Cross. Indeed the facts of the premeditated killing by a remotely triggered mine of this OSCE official are not really in doubt – nor is the lack of reporting by the absurdly compromised, blindly Russophobic western mass media.
Both these OSCE officials are appalled at the delay and manipulation in reporting the facts of this murder – after two months. In particular the target of their anger is the UN Under Secretary General Jeffrey Feltman who is charged with investigating the incident.
UN experts who took part in investigating the blast which killed Josef Stone and wounded two other members of the monitoring mission in Lugansk informed Feltman about their findings.
Their analysis of pictures and video, explosive device elements and other material from the site, led the experts to conclude that the explosive device was activated remotely and that it was carried out by “the Nazi Ukrainian side”.
After the presentation of the findings Feltman gave instructions that the report must be restricted to the small number of employees directly involved, warned them not to pass on the information and not inform the press or any public bodies.
The report has still not been released and the OSCE’s own report is constrained by the UN’s procrastination.
A report of the incident plus a video record of the explosion which destroyed the OSCE vehicle is available here:

This video shows the moment a vehicle carrying OSCE monitors hit a roadside bomb in an area of Lugansk Province,~
The death of Joseph Stone, a 36-year-old paramedic, marked the OSCE mission’s first death in a 3-year-old conflict that has killed more than 9,900 people as Ukrainian forces battle Russia-backed freedom fighters ~
At an April 28 press conference, OSCE Deputy Chief Monitor Alexander Hug said the route where the vehicle struck the explosive, likely a mine, was a planned route on a secondary road used two hours earlier and the previous day by the monitoring team.
Hug said the blast was powerful enough to throw the 4 1/2-ton armored Toyota 7 meters away “and fully destroy it.”
